Rachel was the property manager at our rental while we waited (and waited) for renovations to be completed on our residence. Rachel was always quick to respond to my various requests and consistently followed through and made sure we were satisfied with whatever repairs were needed. The best part was that she is so chill and easy to work with. Rachel is the property manager for multiple owners in the complex where we rented so we clearly aren't her only fans.
