Real Estate Market Sales Overview for this Past Month in the South Bay

In May 2024, the South Bay real estate market saw diverse trends across its various areas. El Segundo experienced strong demand driven by its thriving job market, with both high-end luxury homes and more affordable options around the million-dollar mark being popular choices. Hermosa Beach maintained its competitive market with steady growth, particularly in luxury beachfront properties ranging from $4 million to $12 million. Redondo Beach showed consistent demand for its single-family homes and condos, appealing to buyers seeking a balanced coastal lifestyle.
