Real Estate Market Sales Overview for this Past Month in the South Bay

In September 2024, the real estate market in the South Bay remained highly competitive, reflecting strong buyer demand despite fluctuating interest rates. Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach saw continued growth in home sales, with luxury properties fetching premium prices due to their coastal locations.
