Vince Vaughn is the buyer of former USC football coach Lane Kiffin’s house, which recently sold in Manhattan Beach for $6.5 million.

The updated 7,308-square-foot contemporary Craftsman-style home, built in 2002, appears to be another notch in Vaughn’s real estate belt. He bought a Colonial-style home in La Canada Flintridge last year for $3.9 million.

The Manhattan Beach house features vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The three-car garage opens to a gated driveway.

The half-acre lot has a swimming pool and spa, a guesthouse and an outdoor kitchen.

Vaughn, who turns 44 on March 28, has starred in such films as “The Internship” (2013), “The Break-Up” (2006) and “Wedding Crashers” (2005). He will star in the comic film “Business or Pleasure,” set for release this fall.

Kiffin, 38, is offensive coordinator for the University of Alabama Crimson Tide in Tuscaloosa.

Bryn Stroyke of Stroyke Properties was the listing agent. Rachel Ezra of Shorewood REALTORS represented the Vaughn.
