Real Estate Market Sales Overview for this Past Month in the South Bay

In January 2024, the South Bay real estate market experienced varied trends across its different neighborhoods. In El Segundo, there was a slight increase in property listings, reflecting a steady demand. Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach saw significant interest, particularly in luxury homes and townhouses, with average listing prices rising by approximately 5%. Manhattan Beach continued to be a hotspot for high-end real estate, with robust sales activity, especially in beachfront properties.
